Do you Ship Internationally? – Yes! My studio will ship anywhere in the world and we cover the cost.

For international orders (Non-U.S. and Canada) customs fees are not included.

How long does it take to receive my art? – Fine Art Prints and Metal Prints can take up to three weeks to receive. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your art is on its way to you. Originals can take up to four weeks. We build a custom crate for all original paintings being shipped so a little extra time is required. We will be doing everything we can to get your art to you as soon as possible.

What is the best way to reach me? – Please go to my contact page and send me an email.

Will my art be hand-signed? – I hand-sign all original paintings only. Prints are not hand-signed. My signature is printed with the rest of the image on reproductions. To preserve the integrity of the works that increase in value over time, only originals and limited editions are hand-signed. This protects the collector’s investment.

Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity? – Original paintings will arrive with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Do I offer private commissions? – Private commissions and Soul Portraits are one of my greatest joys. I am currently booked until Summer 2024. Please send me an email to be added to the waitlist. The starting cost for private commissions is $10,000.

Do I teach classes or workshops? – I currently do not teach but this may be something I offer in the future. Please let me know what you would be interested in learning from me. I welcome your ideas as to how you feel I could support your expansion.

Is it possible to add a special request when I checkout? – I am so grateful for the heartfelt connection I have with my collectors and I appreciate the special requests to add personal notes and touches to print orders. In my quest to create more time in the studio making art, I am not available to fulfill personal requests with your purchase.

Can I use your artwork to promote my social media business page? – If you are interested in reposting my artwork from my Instagram page to your business page for marketing, promotional purposes, or for simply personally wanting to share the magic, I ask that you please add my IG handle @ChristinaDeHoff and give an artist credit with my name in full so people can find their way to my website. Mahalo!

Will you license your artwork for my project, podcast, or book cover? – Yes! Please send me an email or DM me with your request.
